G-point is a professional management company that unites apartments in Batumi. All apartments that we manage are located in a new modern buildings close to the sea. Every apartment is a combination of the hotel service and home comfort. Studios, one or two bedrooms apartments, luxury penthouse with terrace, sea or mountain views. Each apartment has a kitchen with all equipment, shampoo, soap, high-quality textiles and a compliment from us.

What is our advantage and why should you choose our apartment for your vacation?

We were working in a hotel business for 20 years, so we have managed to transfer high standards of service from the hotel segment to the apartments. We love what we do. And we do our best to make you happy and satisficed.

Apartments’ Rules
  1. Check-in time is from 1 p.m. to 12 p.m. We will propose you to fill in the registration form and make a copy of your passport.
  2. Payment for accommodation is 100% pre-paid, according to the approved room rate. In case of delay / early departure, the amount of pre-paid services is not refundable.
  3.  Unified checkout time - 12 hours. In a case of staying less than 24 hours, the fee is charged per day, regardless of the checkout time.
  4. The payment for early check-in (from 06:00 to 13:00)  is  50% of room rate in case the apartment is free.
  5.  For accommodation less than one day, the payment should be made for the full day.
  6. Check-out after 12 a.m. is an additional service and could be provided in case if apartment is free. It costs 50% of room rate until 8 p.m. Check-out after 8 p.m. should be paid for the full room rate.
  7. In case of delay more than 24 hours, the reservation has to be cancelled.
  8. Guests should perform the order in silence. Because of our policy is unacceptable to leave unauthorized persons in the apartment and give them the keys. It is not allowed to store cumbersome things and inflammable materials in the apartment. Smoking indoors also is not allowed. Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
  9. Before leaving the apartment please close the water taps, windows, turn off the lights, TV, electrical appliances. In case of damage the of some property and apartment’s equipment, the quest is responsible to compensate all damage.
  10. Apartment owners are not responsible for the preservation of guests’ valuable things.
  11. Guests are obliged to comply with the rules established by the hosts and the rules of fire safety. In case of non-compliance with these rules by guest, we reserve the right to refuse him for accommodation because of our policy and Georgian low.

Because of ethical reasons, the company does not serve:

- Parliament’s members, ministers, employees of the presidential administrations of Ukraine and Russia, as well as the Russian military generals and any spies.

Special discounts are available for:

- Citizens of Canada, Haiti, Virgin Islands, other offshore territories and members of the Royal Family.


We are starting  to modifite two new apartments of the G-Point family: a cheerful Smile and an eclectic Style. The apartments are locating in the same complex, on the 26th and 21st floor. Apartment -studio Smile has a sea view and  two-room Style has a mountains view.

First of all, in order to create comfort for tourists, the roads’ maintenance, especially those leading to cultural monuments or attractions, will be continued

On May 20, 2019, we have opened a luxurious apartment Grand! Penthouse, which is located on  29th floor has panoramic terrace and consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious bright living room with panoramic windows. This is 154 meters of style and comfort!
